There are several options to choose from and the most popular are Henderson Beach Park and Crystal Sands Beach.     • Destin Harbor Boardwalk – This boardwalk stretches nearly ¼ of a mile along the scenic harbor of the city. It provides tourists an easy access to the beachfront and helps in improving and preserving the character of the popular harbor.     Getting There

    The best way to get to the city is via the Destin – Fort Walton Beach Airport. There are at least 13 domestic and international airlines that operate in this airport.  If you are driving into the city the best route is through Interstate 10, Exit 85 to US 331.  You will be crossing the bridge towards US 98 W towards cities like Santa Rosa Miramar Beach and Destin.
