   I just got back from Edisto went on a short Vacation, I love it there and want to live there.

   Hey if you hate the land developers consider the Land Trust which protects our edisto from overdevelopment!

   Fractional ownership, time sharing, 40 foot high houses blocking the beach from the road, concrete everywhere, and outside developers have ruined Edisto. Neat old houses are being sold and moved or torn down by the dozens and replaced with huge obscene “look at my house” houses. A lot of the old timers have left. If you don’t consider a huge house divided into 4 apartments a motel or time sharing condos motels, then there are no motels.
   Edisto is beautiful, but the outsider developers stink.

   Comments: hi from the hogans in Penna. LOVE how it looks, unfortunatly husband & I smoke on occassion & hope you may know someone who would allow us. Of course we will be mostly exploring so it wouldnt be heavy or anything. Hoping you can please help us find something.Thank you for you time. ~ The Hogans & daughters.
