There is underwater adventure available in the numerous shipwrecks in the area. People enjoy freshwater and saltwater diving, and snorkeling closer to shore. The Daytona Beach area features a popular rock ledge reef that has claimed many vessels over the years.

Families can find many sports activities to enjoy during their stay in Daytona Beach. There are minor league baseball games, and indoor football to fill the need for action during any vacation period. There is an abundant night life for tourists to enjoy too. Couples can spend the evening dancing the night away at high-energy clubs or simply relaxing and listening to live bands at many nightclub locations.[ad#3]
